Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you're not fully satisfied.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, and in original packaging. Avoid assembling, installing, or modifying the product.

No Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee will apply if the item is returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • If the item is returned damaged, used, or not in the original packaging, additional fees may apply, and the return may be rejected.

Fitment Issues, Flaws, or Defects:

  • Relevant photographs may be required to process returns for fitment issues, flaws, or defects.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
  • Special Orders

Inspection & Refund:

  • All returns are inspected by our specialist team.
  • Items must be unused, undriven, and undamaged to qualify for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Calculations:

  • Refund Amount = (Total Amount Paid - Freight Charges).
  • Wheels should not have tires mounted; please test-fit wheels before mounting.

Exchanges:

  • Items for exchange should be returned for a complete refund and repurchased for the new item.
  • Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refused Shipments:

  • For orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, freight charges apply both ways on refused shipments.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

International Customers:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if there's a shipping error, re-shipped items won't have additional duties and taxes.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable, except in specific cases.

Notification & Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Damage Claims:

  • Contact our customer service immediately at 855-373-0968 if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise.
  • Damaged goods must be repackaged in their original packaging. We will coordinate a replacement or exchange.
